Delivery
Framing Services
Framed work is usually ready for collection within 7–14 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the frame. This may take longer during busy periods. If you need an item by a specific date, we strongly advise contacting the gallery before placing your order.
You will receive an email or message when your order is ready for collection.
Art Purchased from the Gallery
Orders placed through the website are available for collection in store only.
If you would like to arrange delivery, please contact the gallery directly to discuss options and costs.
Special arrangements may be required for large or fragile artworks.
Collection and Delivery Times
We aim to have orders ready within 14 days, but please allow up to 21 working days for unique or complex orders, or during busier periods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers if delivery is arranged.
Time-Sensitive Orders
If you require your item for a specific date (for example, for an event or gift), it is very important that you contact the gallery before making your purchase. While we aim to complete orders within 14 days, this cannot always be guaranteed during busy periods. Contacting us beforehand allows us to confirm whether we can meet your timeframe.
Returns and Exchanges

Framing Orders: All framing orders are made to specification and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Original art work: is final and cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is faulty.

Prints (not bespoke framed): Can be returned within 14 days, provided it is in its original condition.

Faulty Items: If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including relevant delivery costs).
How to Return an Item
Please contact us by email to arrange a return.
Items must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
