We’re a small independent art gallery and framing service in Penygroes, North Wales. By buying from us or using our services, you’re agreeing to the terms below.

Our Art and Services

​

  • We sell original artworks and prints by Welsh artists and provide a bespoke framing service.

  • Colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person compared to online images.

  • Each frame is made to order, so please choose carefully before we begin the work.

 

Artwork Availability

​

While we make every effort to keep our website up to date, occasionally a piece of art may also be for sale elsewhere. On rare occasions, an artwork may be sold before the website is updated. If this happens, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

Pricing

​

We aim to ensure all prices are correct. However, in the rare event that a substantial error occurs when inputting a price on the website, the item will not be sold at the incorrect price. Instead, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payments

​

  • Orders can be made in person, over the phone, or online through our website.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase, or before collecting framed work.

  • We accept cash, card payments, Apple Pay, PayPal, and bank transfers.

 

Collection and Delivery

​

  • All orders placed through the website are available for in-store collection only. Delivery options are not available at online checkout.

  • If you would like to arrange delivery, you must contact the gallery directly to discuss availability and costs.

  • We will notify you when your order is ready. Please collect it within 14 days of being notified.

 

Time-Sensitive Orders

​

If you require an item by a specific date (for example, for a gift or event), it is essential that you contact the gallery before making your purchase. We aim to complete orders within 14 days, but during busy periods or for more complex projects, it may take longer.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • All original art sales are final unless the item is faulty or damaged at the time of purchase.

  • We will accept returns for prints within 14 days of purchase if they are return in the exact same condition as they were sold.

  • Framing orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun, as they are custom-made.

 

Caring for Your Art

​

  • We take special care of every item left with us for framing.

  • We are not responsible for any pre-existing damage, or for circumstances beyond our control.

 

Your Privacy

​

  • We only collect the personal details necessary to complete your order (such as your name and contact information).

  • We will never share your information with third parties.
